About the Team The Tik Tok Global Monetization Product Team works to build innovative advertising and e-commerce products that drive revenue and create value for our global creators and businesses. We re looking for a Leadership Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Monetization Product leadership hiring. The Leadership Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier Product Management executives (Director+) to build a long-term pipeline of leadership talent.

You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by deep market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and serve as a strategic advisor to TA Partners and Executive stakeholders through the hiring journey.

• Deeply understand leadership hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and senior Product leaders to define and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact executive roles.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor mapping to identify the best Product Management leaders in the global tech ecosystem.
• Deliver a tailored, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring that senior-level talent is engaged with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and networking to identify and attract "passive" candidates who are not actively looking but are a perfect fit for Tik Tok’s culture and scale.
• Proactively source a diverse leadership pipeline, ensuring D&I best practices are integrated into every stage of the executive search process.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the external talent market, providing data-driven insights to recruiters and business leaders to influence hiring decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on Leadership or Executive-level roles.
• Proven track record of success in an executive search firm or a high-growth in-house leadership recruiting environment.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing tools beyond Linked In, including talent mapping, executive databases, and specialized networking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on Product Management roles, with a deep understanding of the PM leadership landscape in Advertising, E-commerce, or Fin Tech.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the "executive presence" required to build rapport with and influence senior stakeholders and candidates.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented and possesses the intellectual curiosity to understand complex product architectures and business models.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and navigate the complexities of high-stakes executive negotiations.
