Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support and execute key compensation programs for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and the ability to balance competitive pay practices with talent attraction needs. This position focuses on programmatic operations of the compensation function and does not require deep subject-matter expertise or direct business partnership.
Key Responsibilities- Support and execute core compensation programs across the organization
- Assist with annual focal review process and incentive payout cycles
- Conduct market pricing and participate in salary survey submissions
- Respond to general compensation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across recurring compensation processes
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Maintain organization, attention to detail, and process efficiency
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation or related HR functions
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and program administration
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage recurring processes with accuracy
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams
