We’re partnering with a cutting-edge semiconductor client and are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract) to help us hire the minds behind tomorrow’s technology. This is a 3– 6 month contract (with potential to extend) supporting our client onsite in San Jose, CA with a hybrid schedule .

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with client leadership to understand technical, high-volume, and semiconductor-focused hiring needs.

Build strong, diverse pipelines across engineering, hardware, and manufacturing functions.

Act as a trusted talent advisor, using insights and data to guide hiring decisions and influence strategy.

Drive creative sourcing strategies using Boolean, Linked In Recruiter, cold outreach, and niche-market techniques.

Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS documentation (Workday, Success Factors).

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical, hardware, engineering, or semiconductor environments.

Proven high-volume recruiting capability with strong passive sourcing and pipeline-building skills.

English written and spoken professional proficiency.

Ability to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs with professionalism and strong business acumen.

Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive hiring decisions and pipeline strategy.

Base pay range for this position is $45 – $51 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
