We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our HR Team as an HR/Payroll Coordinator
. This role plays a key part in delivering a world-class experience by supporting team members throughout their journey with DGDG.
As an HR/Payroll Coordinator
, you will support the day-to-day HR and payroll operations. This is an opportunity to grow within a collaborative HR team and gain exposure to HR, payroll, systems, and projects that support career development.
- Welcome new team members to DGDG and process new hire paperwork
- Assist with New Employee Orientation
- Support payroll administration and maintain employee records and HR system with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Complete administrative tasks related to onboarding, transfers, and off-boarding and HR projects, as needed
- Collaborate with team members and leaders at all levels
- Respond to team member questions and requests
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with HR systems and technology and able to learn new tools quickly
- 1+ years of administrative, clerical, HR, or payroll-related experience
- Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic understanding of HR policies and practices
$25.00-$30.00/hour
* Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
