Recruitment Channel Operation Expert - AMS

Responsibilities

The recruiting channel operation team is committed to building a strategic talent acquisition network, achieving optimal balance between efficiency and quality through scientific resource allocation and refined operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Building an omnichannel talent sourcing ecosystem with dynamic resource allocation for optimal hiring conversion.
• Enhancing channel operational effectiveness through data-driven high-value process design.
• Establishing channel value assessment framework to ensure precise alignment between resource investment and business needs.

We are looking for the brightest minds to take on some of the greatest business challenges around the world. In this role, you will lead engagement with Internal Recruitment Team and External Headhunter Agencies to deliver strategic programs to support global recruitment in Tik Tok.

Responsibilities:

• Build a Recruitment Channel management mechanism to ensure efficient support for business-related recruitment needs and improve Recruitment Efficiency in different AMS business lines.
• Combining the characteristics of different business scenarios, actively provide precise recruitment solutions and optimize the process of different Recruitment Channels, have regular communication with different AMS headhunting agencies & job boards.
• Have alignment with AMS recruiting teams on channel usage policy, diagnose existing and potential problems through data analysis and provide effective solutions to improve Recruitment Efficiency and candidate experience.
• Provide advisory solutions based on different recruitment problems and challenges encountered in various business recruitment scenarios.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting/HR within a consulting-related capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent logical thinking ability with good risk control and process management skills.
• Experience and ability to work on a global team with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.
