What You’ll DoWe are seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle GTM Recruiter to join our Samsung Semiconductor team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring we attract, select, and hire top talent to drive business growth and success.

Reports to:
Sr. Manager Recruiting
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for GTM roles across regions and levels.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide guidance, and meet expectations.
- Source and attract diverse candidate pools through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit; present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process for a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future GTM openings.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Ensure compliance with Samsung Semiconductor’s recruitment policies and relevant laws.
- 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, hardware, or software.
- Proven track record managing full lifecycle recruitment for GTM or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of the GTM function and required skills.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills; ability to assess fit for GTM roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships with managers, candidates, stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; analyze metrics and improve recruitment.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools: ATS, CRM software.
- Experience in a global company with a complex structure.
- Knowledge of Samsung Semiconductor’s business, products, and culture.
- Certification in recruitment or related field (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR).
Base Pay Range: $113,600—$170,400 USD (subject to role, location, experience).
