Salary Range: $45.00 /hour to $55.00 /hour

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent research, market mapping, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Responsible for top of funnel sourcing efforts including, but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates.
- Manage candidates and documentation through Jobvite ATS
- Partner with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers and business leaders and conduct intake calls to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, evangelizing Cupertino Electric externally
- Assist at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
- Track and maintain data and metrics relative to talent acquisition projects or initiatives assigned.
- Stay apprised of industry trends including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts as it relates to the workforce and our industry holistically.
- Provide various support and cross‑functional collaboration on projects at the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition.
- Additional assignments relative to talent acquisition as deemed necessary by business needs.
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career‑oriented, journey‑level position.
