Currently our client, a Japanese Semiconductor Manufacturing Company
, is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist.
【Compensation】$70,000 - $100,000 plus Benefit (Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k)
- Overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll calculations for all employees.
- Accurately calculating gross and net pay, taking into account various deductions such as federal and state taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, labor laws, and record-keeping requirements.
- Managing payroll schedules and deadlines to ensure all payroll activities are completed on time.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of payroll processes, transactions, and employee records to support audits and compliance checks.
- 5-10 years experience at Payroll
- Japanese skill is a plus but not required
