What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter to join our Samsung Semiconductor team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring that we attract, select, and hire top talent to drive business growth and success.

Location: Daily onsite at our San Jose, CA office

Reports to: Sr. Manager Recruiting

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for GTM roles across various regions and levels.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure that their expectations are met.
  • Source and attract diverse candidate pools through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for GTM roles, and present the most suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future GTM role openings.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Ensure compliance with Samsung Semiconductor's recruitment policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Sourcing and Recruiting, preferably in a semiconductor, hardware or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full lifecycle recruitment for GTM or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the GTM function and the skills required for success in these roles.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit for GTM roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global company with a complex organizational structure.
  • Knowledge of Samsung Semiconductor's business, products, and culture.
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
