Job Summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a results-oriented professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The Sr. HRIS Analyst serves as a member on both implementation and maintenance of the HR system with primary focus on Success Factors. This role partners cross-functionally with business and HR partners across the organization to deliver solutions for our unique internal business needs.

This individual will drive the successful delivery of HR Systems and supporting business applications and processes, contributing as a subject matter expert to the development and execution of a strategy for operational excellence within the HR function. This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead projects related to system upgrades, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities to support the review and analysis of system requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise and thought leadership regarding HRIS, as well as other HR systems and tools, supporting processes and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR team and key business partners including Finance, Payroll, IT, Internal Audit, etc. Build and cultivate stakeholder relationships with the ability to keep them engaged, responsible and dedicated in resolving a variety of HR systems issues and working toward deliverable goals and objectives.
  • Resolve complex data and table structure issues which involves completing in-depth analysis and evaluation of issues and researching and developing solutions for data reconciliation. Independently determine the best method to approach researching and solving data structure issues.
  • Consistently produce clear, concise and accurate status reports.
  • Brings up innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to employees and contributes to change management and training efforts.
  • Serve as functional expert and provide support and coaching needs on system usage for both HR and cross-functional staffs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, or other related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading and supporting business operations
  • At least 8 years of experience in system management or implementation on Success Factors modules in HR field
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical application of Federal, State, and local employment laws is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Salary Range

$140,000 - $157,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
