Overview
Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans and documenting progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with families and staff, and contribute to professional development.
- Supervise clinical staff, ensure safety and compliance, and support facility education and training.
- Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and participate in team and professional conferences.
- Demonstrate safe working practices, effective communication, and a positive team attitude.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP, California license or licensing candidate, CPR certification if required.
DetailsFull-time, $58-$62/hour, benefits include health insurance and relocation assistance. Must spend 60-80% of time on direct patient care.
