• Provide clinical support to customers and sales personnel regarding clinical products and services
• Engage with potential and existing clinical customers within the assigned territory to expand and retain business
• Collaborate with the sales team on product conversions and implementations
• Conduct assessments and data analysis to identify problem areas and recommend solutions
• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry events to stay updated on trends

• RN - Nursing Bachelor’s Degree or Surgical Technician Certification
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with external catheters
• Preferred experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and/or Emergency Department
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and drive improvements
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong presentation skills for various audience levels within and outside the organization
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes
• Availability for non-traditional work hours during in-services
