Pay Rate
: $21-$24/hr
- Answer and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Collect, update, and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and management.
- Communicate with outside specialists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Handle patient payments according to established policies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Proficiency with EPIC
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
