Overview
CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Support Clinical Dietitian in Northern California and the surrounding West Region.

Schedule:
10/4 or 5/2 - Business Needs. Requirement:
Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #.
- Provides clinical support to regional accounts (not a management role).
- Role requires extensive overnight travel - up to 100% to sites across the assigned region.
Salary: $85k - $90k.
Responsibilities- Evaluates patient/resident nutritional needs and establishes an individualized plan of care.
- Monitors resident status and takes appropriate action.
- Works collaboratively with the dining services department to ensure a smooth seven-day operation.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Maintains client relationships.
- Updates and applies professional knowledge.
- Sets and communicates objectives, reinforces high standards, monitors performance, and addresses issues.
- Completes required departmental audits as indicated by leadership (clinical documentation review, food safety and sanitation, meal accuracy, test tray audits).
- Addresses corrective actions as indicated by audit results and corporate directives within designated time frames.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or have licensure/certification.
- Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics; completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent; member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment.
- Scheduling may require 10 days on and 4 days off; determined by support needs and business transition.
- Extensive travel up to 100%.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within commutable distance to a major airport.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures/conditions and frequent interaction with heated equipment, grease, refrigeration/freezer, and other at-risk conditions.
- Computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple software programs is essential.
- Repetitive motion, walking/standing for extended periods; frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying; repetitive wrist motion.
