We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi-disciplinary practice.

• Oversee daily operations across OB/GYN, Med Spa, and wellness services
• Develop and implement strategic and operational goals
• Design and refine systems and workflows to boost efficiency and profitability
• Manage purchasing and inventory for medical and spa supplies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations
• Review insurance claims and payment processes to maximize revenue
• Establish and monitor KPIs across departments
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
• Strong grasp of organizational effectiveness and operational strategy
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems, medical billing, and spa management software is a plus
