OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager who must be an ambitious, operationally focused, and results‑driven leader. Health‑care experience is not required.
Responsibilities- Patients come first. Build relationships with patients and continually improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

- Available when the clinic is open.
- Lead a team. Develop, mentor and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community.
- Financial Management. Manage the clinic’s complete operation and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Autonomy. Run the clinic while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers and the company.
- Culture & Growth. Reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors; lead by example.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director èra identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum one year of management experience (health‑care, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.), at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.

Ship clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned to business needs. - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,和 Outlook required.
Range: $95,700 – $151,000 per year.
