Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient care and support within a therapy department.

• Deliver individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, including evaluations, therapy, and family education.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, and contribute to professional development.
• Supervise clinical staff, manage documentation for regulatory and billing purposes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings, collaborate on patient care, and incorporate input from patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional activities.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and licensure/certification in California. Must demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and safety practices. Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance.
