Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor

About the Role

This is an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work in a community health center serving marginalized and underserved populations, while helping shape the next generation of psychologists. The Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in supporting high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health care and in training psychology interns and trainees as they grow into confident, ethical clinicians. The position offers a sustainable pace, strong organizational support, and the chance to stay clinically engaged while focusing on supervision, teaching, and professional development.

Salary Range $ – $

What the Work Looks Like

In this role, you will work closely with psychology interns, trainees, and staff as they provide therapy, case management, and psychological assessment services. Much of your time will be spent in supervision—observing sessions, reviewing clinical work, discussing cases, and offering thoughtful feedback that helps clinicians strengthen their skills and clinical judgment. You will maintain a small caseload and provide culturally responsive therapy, while also staying involved in psychological and neuropsychological assessment through direct testing, consultation, and review of reports.

The work is collaborative and hands-on, balancing direct clinical care with mentorship, problem-solving, and supporting clinicians as they navigate complex clinical presentations in a community mental health setting.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Current license in Psychology from the California Board of Psychology.
  • Two years or more of post licensure experience.
  • Two years of recent psychological testing, including neuropsychological testing and report writing experience.

What We Offer:

  • Signing Bonus
  • Hybrid Remote Model:
Embrace flexibility with a company laptop for seamless collaboration.
  • Generous Time Off:
Enjoy 12 Paid Holidays, a Floating Holiday, Paid Vacation, and Sick time to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive Benefits:
Choose from four Health Plan Options, with the company covering 95% of premiums!
  • Financial Security:
Participate in our 403(b) Retirement Plan with a matching program.
  • Invest in Your Future:
Qualify for the State Loan Forgiveness Program and earn free CEU’s.
