    Monday to Friday, sessions 8AM – 8PM, some weekends

About the Role

We’re hiring entry‑level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers. Spanish‑speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play‑based activities. Sessions last 2–3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Delivering one‑on‑one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
  • Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
  • Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who have a heart for helping children and families.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for working with children.
  • Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly preferred: current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
  • RBT certification is a plus; we will cover the cost of obtaining it.
  • Spanish‑speaking is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Reliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Experience with children is a plus, but not required.
  • This job requires reliable transportation and a driver's license.
  • Auto insurance policy with your name on it is required if you use your vehicle for work. In the absence of a driver's license, a government‑issued  be required.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding).
  • TB test (within 90 days), MMR & Varicella Immunization, and a Pre‑employment Physical (within the past year).
