Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN in California for a critical need night shift assignment requiring a current CA RN license and recent L&D experience.

Job Details

• Position is in a hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit,

• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week assignment,

• EPIC EMR is used on the unit,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at the time of consideration,

• Minimum one year recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in Labor & Delivery,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred,

• Five or more years of recent (within two years) L&D experience preferred,

• High risk Labor & Delivery experience within the last two years preferred,

• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred,

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive care to women and newborns in a busy Labor & Delivery setting,

• May care for high-risk obstetric patients as part of assignment,

• Internal policy limits assignment duration to a maximum of two years with required breaks after each period,
