Registered Behavior Technician; in-home support

As an RBT, you will :

• Deliver 1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Teach new skills (communication, play, social, daily living, etc.).
• Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems / tools.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors to ensure consistency across settings.
• Attend supervision and team meetings as required.
• Use reinforcement strategies, prompting, and proactive behavior management techniques.
• Support generalization of skills across environments and individuals.
