About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), youll play a key role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents. We are looking for compassionate caregivers who understand and respect the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the elderly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help residents safely navigate the community, including escorting to meals, activities, and appointments
- Support dining activities (cutting food, serving, feeding assistance as needed)
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, beds, and personal belongings
- Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight) and perform S&As when requested
- Assist with resident admissions and care documentation
- Encourage participation in community events and accompany residents to recreational activities
- Maintain accurate daily flow sheets and care notes
- Foster meaningful 1-on-1 connections with residents by understanding their individual needs
- Attend scheduled in-services and continue developing gerontology knowledge through readings and discussion
- Current or soon-to-be active California CNA certification
- Knowledge of standard nursing practices and use of relevant patient care equipment and materials
- Ability to pass a physical exam upon hire and annually thereafter

- $25/hour, based on experience
