Our spacious and versatile stations are tailored to accommodate a wide range of beauty and wellness services. Whether you specialize in microblading, eyelash extensions, hair and makeup, skincare treatments such as facials, or other beauty services, we have the perfect setup for your needs. Each station is designed to help you create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for your clients while offering the flexibility to provide customized treatments that align with your expertise.

As a renter, you will bring in your own clientele and enjoy working in a
beautiful, safe, and professional environment
designed to support your success.

• Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and dermabrasion.
• Apply dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Provide eyelash extension services while ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Sanitate all tools and work spaces according to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare products and routines to enhance their results.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

• Proficient in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment techniques.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with eyelash extensions application methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Background in cosmetology, barbering, or nail care is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
