Key Responsibilities

• Government Relations Strategy :
  
  Developandexecutecomprehensivegovernmentrelationsstrategiesthatsupportthecompany'sbusinessobjectivesinthe
  
  EMEAregion.
• Policy Analysis and Advocacy :
  
  Monitorandanalyzeregulatoryproposalsandpoliticaltrends,advisingcompanyleadershiponpotentialimpacts.
  
  Advocateforpolicypositionsbeneficialtotheorganizationanditsstakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
  Establishandnurturerelationshipswithgovernmentofficials,regulatory agencies,tradeassociations,andotherkeyinfluencersinthe
  
  EMEApoliticalenvironment.
• Issue Management:
  
  Proactivelyidentifyissuesthatcouldimpactthecompanyandleadtheresponsestrategytominimizerisks.
  
  Coordinatewithlegalandcomplianceteamstoensureadherencetoallapplicablelawsandregulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Job Requirements

• Experience:
  
  Minimumof
  10-15yearsofrelatedexperienceingovernmentrelationsorpublicaffairs,withaproventrackrecordofsuccessasaseniorgovernmentrelationsprofessionalinthe
  
  EMEAregion.
  
  Experienceinthetechnologysectorishighlyregarded.
• Knowledge:
  
  Comprehensiveunderstandingof
  
  EMEAgovernmentalprocesses,regulatoryenvironments,andgeopoliticalfactorsinfluencingpublicpolicy.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluencyin English;additionallanguageproficiencyinoneormoreotherlanguagesinthe
  
  EMEAregionishighlydesirable.
• Communication:
  
  Exceptionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withtheabilitytosimplifycomplexregulatorylanguageandcommunicateconvincinglytoavarietyofaudiences;experienceinpublicspeakerinfrontoflargeaudiences,seniorexecutivesandgovernmentofficials.
