About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Senior Vice President for Finance and Land Acquisitions. In this crucial position, you will lead all financial and acquisition operations within the organization. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in underwriting and financing multifamily real estate investments and development projects. Your expertise in cash flow modeling, acquisitions, and valuations will be essential to success in this role.

As SVP, you will prepare offering memoranda and will directly engage with brokers, lenders, and equity and debt partners in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Proven experience working with institutional clients is a must, specifically in communication, execution, and deliverables.

To thrive in this position, you should possess top-notch written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Effective time management is key. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; an MBA is a plus. We re seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years  experience in real estate finance, underwriting, asset management, or acquisitions. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, along with self-motivation and a collaborative spirit, are critical traits for the ideal candidate.

You will also need strong technical skills, particularly in Argus, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, paired with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities will include crafting detailed offering memoranda/packages for equity partners and lenders and establishing a thorough underwriting process for multifamily acquisitions and developments.
