You’ve got your Life & Health license. You’ve passed the SIE and maybe even the Series 7, 66, or 6/63/65. Now you’re ready to level up—and that’s where we come in. At Mass Mutual Northern California, we give ambitious advisors the structure and resources to build thriving, sustainable practices.
What You’ll Be Doing- Expanding your practice with access to comprehensive insurance and investment solutions.
- Leveraging a built-in support team across planning, marketing, and technology.
- Collaborating with seasoned advisors and leaders to grow your book of business.
- Delivering personalized strategies that help clients plan for their future.
- 1–3 years of experience as a financial advisor or insurance producer.
- Current Life & Health license and SIE;
Series 7 & 66 or 6/63/65 preferred. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for client relationships.
- Looking for more growth, mentorship, and resources.
- Hybrid model combining entrepreneurial freedom with big-firm resources.
- Dedicated planning, marketing, and tech support teams.

Compensation:
From $110,000 to $300,000 per year
