Senior Financial Analyst

Location:

San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate Range: $40.00- $50.00/hr. on W2

• Consolidate OPEX and COGS forecasts from finance partners by creating Excel exhibits and PowerPoint slides with narratives around expense trends and performance for leadership.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Perform ad hoc expense forecasting, budgeting, and models using raw data exported from Anaplan/Tableau/Power
  
  BI.
• Mentor and guide junior financial analyst as needed.
• Learn the expense and headcount data ecosystem.
• To understand how future changes will affect current work streams, and.
• To drive process improvements and innovation.

• Minimum 4+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
• Strong communication skills, with proven ability to work across teams
• Problem-solving skills
• Candidate should be able to propose solution frameworks that answer questions and solve business problems with minimal review required.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, and Tableau.
• Ability to architect, build, and explain dynamic, multiparameter expense/headcount Excel models.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Background in accounting, or equivalent on the job experience.
• Fundamental data skills (e.g., beginner data engineering/science background) desirable but not required.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
