The Opportunity
  • As a Treasury Analyst at Adobe, you will play a meaningful role in supporting Treasury Operations. You will perform treasury service activities like bank account administration, trade settlements and confirmations, and process optimizations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure seamless treasury operations while driving efficiency and compliance. You will be based at the San Jose office in a hybrid environment.
What

you’ll Do
  • Perform trade settlement and confirmation processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution while resolving discrepancies.
  • Responsible for global bank account management, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and KYC compliance.
  • Lead treasury technology initiatives, including improvements to the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and integrations.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal finance teams and external banking partners, addressing complex operational banking needs and ensuring efficient service levels.
  • Complete the issuance and management of standby letters of credit.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation and compliance reviews.
  • Assist in M&A integration efforts, proactively identifying treasury impacts and ensuring seamless transition of treasury and banking operations.
  • Contribute to and drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare journal entries related to settlements and ad hoc payments at month-end.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve treasury operations and governance.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury or related field.
  • Solid understanding of banking systems, payment methods, and treasury operations.
  • Experience with trade settlement and confirmation processes, including automation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred) and financial software.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with others.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
Compensation and Notices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,200 -- $163,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $113,100 - $163,800.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
