The Corporate Controller serves as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the company’s global accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements while supporting a growing organization with complex revenue arrangements, inventory and cost structures, and equity compensation programs.
The Corporate Controller partners closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and operational teams to maintain a strong control environment, support strategic initiatives, and scale accounting processes to meet the needs of a dynamic, publicly traded organization.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Prior experience in a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience with inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting.
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
- Big Four public accounting background.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Net Suite.
