• Own monthly invoicing for all customers across the US, India, Africa, Europe, and LATAM.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Engineering to reconcile usage-based billing (KYC, KYB, AML, Agents, APIs, etc.).
• Conduct end-of-month revenue checks, spot anomalies, and ensure 100% accuracy before closing.
• Maintain the billing ledger and ensure timely collections.

• Work with our US and India accounting firms to ensure books are clean and updated monthly.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules, GL reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.

• Assist with multi-state registrations, payroll tax filings, corporate compliance, and EIN/state tax accounts as we expand.
• Support SOC 2, GDPR, and other compliance audits with financial documentation.
• Interface with tax advisors for US and India filings.

• Prepare dashboards for monthly burn, runway, and revenue trends.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Track departmental budgets (Engineering, Product, Sales, Compliance).
• Support leadership with board reporting, investor updates, and fundraising materials.

• Help manage vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement.
• Coordinate employee reimbursements, payroll updates, and benefits-related documentation.
• Assist with financial due diligence for enterprise customers and partners.

• 3–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, consulting, or operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, GL, revenue recognition).
• Excellent Excel/Sheets skills — comfort with formulas, pivots, and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with SaaS billing, Rev Ops, or B2B enterprise models is a plus.
• Experience with Quick Books, Stripe, Excel modeling, or dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to work across US and India time zones when needed.
