Job Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision‑making across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering high‑quality financial insights, driving process improvements, close collaboration with Wafer Operations team and supporting automation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring analyst 1 & 2 and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance financial visibility and business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for key business areas, providing insights to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
  • Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
  • Perform detailed cost analysis at product, department, and divisional levels to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align financial plans with business strategies
  • Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A processes to improve reporting accuracy and cycle time
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business cases
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Participate in transformation projects aimed at improving financial systems, tools, and processes
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal control mechanisms
  • Authorize financial reports, forecast inputs, and budget adjustments within delegated limits
Qualifications

REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, cost analysis, or financial reporting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools
PREFERRED:
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Exposure to automation and digital transformation projects
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
SKILLS:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
