Position SummaryThe Treasury Manager brings treasury management expertise as well as a strong FP&A background to help us manage increasing financial complexity while supporting critical business decisions at the highest level. This role sits at the intersection of cash management, compliance, and strategic finance. You’ll own Antora’s treasury operations today while growing into a broader FP&A leadership role over time.
Roles & Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management- Own day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash positioning, account/entity oversight, and liquidity management.
- Design and manage compliant processes for inter‑company cash transfers across a growing number of legal entities.
- Support compliance with debt financing requirements, including covenant monitoring and lender reporting.
- Build scalable treasury processes that grow with the business.
- Partner with executives and cross‑functional leaders to support key strategic decisions.
- Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Dive into models when needed while collaborating closely with a senior FP&A analyst.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, and external stakeholders.
- Operate with openness, humility, and a strong sense of ownership.
- A minimum of 7‑10 years progressive experience in tax strategy and execution.
- Manager‑level experience in Treasury, FP&A, or a combination of both.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and inter‑company transactions.
- FP&A experience supporting executive‑level decision‑making.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑growing, ambiguous environment.

Work Location: Onsite – San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $147,000 USDredicate – $160,000 USD
Salary Basis:
Annual
