• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of employee reimbursements and operational expense requests, ensuring policy compliance, accuracy, and providing insights to support cost control and process improvements.
• Analyze financial data, prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, monitor key indicators to identify trends and issues, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to management team.
• Perform monthly credit card statement reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support accurate reporting and reconciliation by applying knowledge of sales and use tax, income tax, and related compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
