Hybrid Senior Event Sales Manager

Lucky Strike Entertainment, one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms with over 360 locations across North America, is looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team. In this hybrid role you will manage client relationships, drive revenue, and help lead a high-performing team to deliver unforgettable experiences.

• Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
• Learn and articulate the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options for clients booking across multiple venues.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and assist the team in surpassing theirs.
• Collaborate closely with our Director of Sales to energize and inspire the nwa team, leading daily meetings and virtual offices.
• Guide the client through event planning, coordinating details until the day of the party.
• Actively manage the client relationship during and after the event, with retention efforts to ensure repeat business.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially duringéric-demand seasons.
• Who You Are

  Desired Skills
  • 3+ years in sales (event sales and multi‑unit experience preferred)
  • 1+ year in management
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven and data‑centric
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and strong leadership abilities (inspiring, motivating, team‑building)
  • Problem‑solving skills (total plus)
  Required
  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions

The pay range for this position is $33.65 per hour plus 1‑3% uncapped commission.
