We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Event Management-Program Manager to work at San Jose, CA.

Pay Rate: $50-$52hr

Duration:
Long-term contract

• Own end-to-end event management and production
  , including logistics, venue management, catering, transportation, content coordination, and promotions
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to plan and deliver high-impact events
• Develop and deliver post-event reports, retrospectives, and actionable insights
• Define and implement processes to measure event impact
  , track KPIs, and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent events while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
• Maintain oversight of event budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracts

• BS/MS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in event planning, event operations, or program management
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Experience with budget management, negotiation, and executive presentations

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Experience building dashboards and automating operational processes
• Familiarity with developer relations, technical events, or developer communities
