- Fri) 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Requirements: Driver’s license required; minimum 2 years’ valid license.

A LAZ Healthcare Valet Parking Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.
- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely.
- Greet all customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport.
- Help direct traffic to keep flow clean and organized.
- Maintain a self‑reliant attitude, working independently or with supervision as needed.
- Promote excellent customer relations; smile, exceed expectations, make customers love LAZ Parking.
- Charismatic, energetic, and eager to help.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Good driver with a clean driving record; cautious, especially around others’ property.
- Able to handle pressure and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communicator – speaks, reads, and understands English easily.
- Team player; open to different viewpoints and motivates others.
- High school diploma or GED – preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience – preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience – preferred but not required.
- Professional and effective communication.
- Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Independent decision making and firm stance on decisions.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying elements.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently during shift.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required prior to hiring.
