• Equipment Installation & Commissioning:
  Install, configure, and start up SMT automation systems across North America. Perform system upgrades and custom modifications.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, software, and process issues. Provide onsite and remote support to minimize downtime. Work with engineering teams on complex problems.
• Customer Training & Support:
  Train operators and maintenance staff. Advise on process optimization and preventive maintenance.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Collect and analyze data for troubleshooting and improvements. Prepare clear service reports for customers and management.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Serve as technical link between customers and engineering. Explain technical info clearly to all stakeholders.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) preferred.
• Experience with SMT or automation equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Familiar with Windows-based systems and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and customer focus.
• Works well independently and in teams.
• Effective communicator.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
