MEP Project Engineer

We are seeking two motivated MEP Engineers to join a renowned general contractor in the Bay area.

These roles will be within their dedicated MEP department, supporting projects across Educational, Medical, Residential, Commercial, Public and Office sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a collaborative project environment.

You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate MEP design, procurement, and installation activities from preconstruction through delivery.

• Support coordination of MEP systems across multiple projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Liaise with subcontractors and design teams to resolve technical issues
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking
• Participate in site meetings and inspections
• Contribute to commissioning and handover processes

• 0–5 years’ experience in MEP, building services, or construction engineering
• Background with a general contractor or a mechanical or electrical subcontractor is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop technically and professionally
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
