**** Job Summary
** Responsibilities include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation;
Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy; coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support.
** Essential Functions
*** Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects.
* Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.
* Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
* Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.
** Qualifications
* ** Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics.
* Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.
* Strong problem solving capabilities.
* Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and strong leadership.
* Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
* MSEE or higher required

The base salary range for this position in California is $155,000 - $205,000. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $140,000 - $185,000.Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
