Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 8-12 years of EMS design experience, with at least 8 years relevant to compute/network products
- Proficiency in 3D MCAD tools such as Creo or NX
- Experience with static and dynamic analysis tools like Creo Simulate or ANSYS
- Expertise in tolerance analysis, GD&T, and statistical analysis
- Proven experience designing sheet metal for high-volume production
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent team player with strong collaboration abilities
- Experience in mechanical design for computer/networking equipment in data centers
- Knowledge of manufacturing tooling for sheet metal, plastic, and die-casting
- Experience designing plastic and die-cast parts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanism design experience is a plus
- Familiarity with ECO, BOM, and Deviation processes;
Agile experience is a plus - Experience with PDMLink (Teamcenter) and Model-Based Definition (MBD) is advantageous
