Key Responsibilities
Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESHIA):
Learn about ESHIA Studies
, including calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models based on specific discipline requirements.Report Drafting and Finalization:
Assist in drafting and finalizing environmental reports under the guidance of experienced Engineers and Scientists
.Technical Application:
Apply design and technical knowledge to produce high-quality project outputs within specified timelines.Budget and Schedule Management:
Complete tasks under supervision to meet budget and schedule commitments.Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and interpret data from project-specific and interdisciplinary datasets
.Software Utilization:
Use computer software to solve basic engineering and environmental challenges
.Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:
Work alongside Engineers and Scientists from other disciplines to maintain project continuity
.Progress and Coordination Meetings:
Participate in study evaluation progress and coordination meetings
.Quality Assurance:
Ensure that models, surveys, and study team outputs meet accuracy and reporting standards
.Active Engagement:
Proactively seek information and participate in opportunities that contribute to project efficiency
.Problem Solving and Application of Theory:
Apply theoretical knowledge to unique assignments and solve problems effectively.
Has a strong interest in environmental engineering
.Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
.Is proficient with computer software for engineering and environmental analysis
.Is detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
.Is eager to learn and develop skills in environmental reporting and analysis

Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines from an accredited university
:- Environmental Engineering
- Environmental Science/Studies
- Sustainable Energy and Technology
- Geography and Environmental Science
- Ecology and Conservation
- Architecture and Environmental Design
- Sustainable Urban Environments
Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate (no later than September 2025
) to qualify for AECOM’s Graduate Program
.Achieved a minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 (or equivalent) or higher.
For Master’s degree holders
, the program must have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s degree to meet the continuous education requirement
.Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for professional-level roles instead.
