A leading semiconductor company in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer who will perform power supply failure analysis and develop technical reports. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in failure analysis of power semiconductors, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin. This is a direct hire position with no remote work options, suitable for candidates who can resolve customer satisfaction issues effectively.

Candidates with automotive experience will be prioritized.
