** Your Role
** Key responsibilities in your new role:

* Validation of silicon, system and firmware against requirements/customer requirements
* Developing test automation for the power stage silicon and system
* Work together with the Application, Design and Cross Functional teams for developing the test automation test/validation cases
* Setting up the automation environment
* Help define the test automation test suite (i.e. UI)
* Test suite release version control
* Writing a User Guide for the test automation test suite      
** Your Profile
** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

* 3-5 years of relevant work experience
* Bachelors/Masters in Power Electronic, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science preferred
* Knowledgeable of Power Electronic hardware and PC software
* Experience in Object Oriented Programming, Python, C, C++, Database, and SQL
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Understand the PCB design layout and schematic capture, ability to pick right components based on system requirements
* Hands on debugging of Power products, Interface products and Microcontroller products.
* Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, function generator, data acquisition, power supply, electronic load, protocol analyzers.
* Understanding of various host interfaces: USB, I2C, UART, SPI, etc.
* Strong team-player and practical hands-on problem solver
* Ability to multitask in a high energy environment
