• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take it within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships
• Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset, focused on continuous growth and delivering value
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

This position is located in San Jose, CA. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy. The role is full‑time on a regular contract (US only).

The expected salary for this position is $79,000–$88,000, determined by work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
