* Collaborate with design, systems, and architecture teams to define and implement test strategies for engineering validation (EVT) and design validation (DVT) of advanced optical transceivers.
* Design, build and maintain test solutions by integrating test equipment/components with thermal/mechanical requirements and calibration requirements.
* Write and maintain Python-based scripts to automate complex testing workflows, improve scalability, and ensure robust, repeatable and accurate test coverage.
* Take ownership of data analysis and interpretation, providing insights to cross-functional partners to foster design improvements and ensure compliance with standards.
* Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to support component-level characterization and root-cause analysis.
* Experienced in RF testing at carry out component-level and chip-level
* Stay at the forefront of industry standards (IEEE 802.3, MSA, CMIS) and ensure alignment in test execution.
