Are you a Project Engineer with experience across construction or civil engineering projects, looking to join a growing business offering real progression and long-term opportunity?
This is an excellent opportunity to support the Construction Manager and wider development team on a diverse portfolio of construction and civil engineering projects. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing technical documentation, and supporting the delivery of projects from early works through to completion.
The company has a strong and secure pipeline of work and is continuing to expand its project delivery team. This role offers clear progression into senior positions as this rapidly expanding business continues to grow.

The Role- Support the Construction Manager with day-to-day delivery across construction and civil engineering projects
- Assist with coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation using project management software
- Support scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting to maintain programme and budget control
- Work closely with the development and engineering teams to support planning and execution
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager within construction or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of site coordination, engineering documentation, and project controls
- Confident using construction management software such as Procore, Auto Desk, or similar
- Growing construction business with a strong and secure project pipeline
