Project Manager; Medical Devices

Our client is a well funded startup company in the medical robotics space. They currently have a successful commercial product with several new exciting products in their pipeline.

• 3+ years of experience in the medical devices or similarly regulated fields.
• 2+ years of experience & knowledge of project management tools & processes
• Preferred: experience in disposables or software development projects in medical devices or similarly regulated fields; experience and knowledge in Agile product development methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate Engineering/Science discipline required
• Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
• Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including concept development, testing, design, implementation, verification, and validation
• Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to drive to a solution
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, JIRA, JAMA, and/or other software project management tools
• Understanding of fundamentals of robotics is a strong plus
