LiDAR Algorithm Engineer

• Responsible for the development and optimization of LiDAR perception algorithms in autonomous driving scenarios, including but not limited to algorithm research & development of object detection, object classification, point cloud segmentation, point cloud completion, and object tracking.
• Responsible for point cloud perception algorithm research and system implementation, as well as object detection, recognition, and tracking based on point clouds.

• At least 2 years of development experience; bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficient in C++; familiar with embedded Linux development environment and cross-compilation environment; have independent Linux development capabilities, including Linux application development/debugging and common exception analysis.
• Familiar with algorithms like point cloud segmentation, registration, and feature extraction.
• Familiar with object detection, recognition, and tracking algorithms based on point clouds.
• Conscientious, responsible, and with good team spirit.

• Familiar with LiDAR characteristics and point cloud features; proficient in using common point cloud processing tools.
• Familiar with autonomous driving perception systems, ADAS, robots, intelligent traffic monitoring, or PCL library; candidates with practical project experience are preferred.
• Familiar with vehicle control.
• Familiar with real-time system programming.

Salary Range:
Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $132,000 - $175,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.

This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
