As a Staff Hardware Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, start‑up‑like environment and take pride in delivering high-quality products. You will own all aspects of EE hardware design, including BOM creation, vendor negotiation, circuit/board design, development, and validation.
Responsibilities• Own the complete hardware design cycle from concept through crash ship and beyond.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers.
• Support joint development programs, providing extensive interaction with partner engineering teams.
• Assist with customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining activities.
Qualifications- Experience with large high-powered SOCs based on advanced silicon and packaging process technologies, including 2D, 2.5D, and 3D memories.
- Proficiency with precision scopes, analyzers, and development & validation tools.
- Knowledge of power and thermal issues associated with PCBs with 1 kW+ footprints.
- Experience with high-speed & high-density signaling with Ser Des rates of 112 G+.
- Demonstrated participation in cross-functional development teams.
- Experience working with support groups, including Manufacturing, Compliance, and Safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $101,000 - $162,000.
The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity in accordance with relevant plan documents.
