TCAM​/SRAM Design Engineer

Senior Design Engineer for TCAM/SRAM memory design and verification in advanced nodes. Responsibilities

• Architecture, Design, Analysis and development of high performance semiconductor memories and compilers.
• Run timing and functional verification.
• Implement memory characterization flows.
• Generate front end and back end views for memory IP for integration into SOC.

• Bachelor's + 8+ years of hands on experience in design of TCAM/SRAM memories in advanced nodes (7nm/10nm/16nm FF)
• Exposure to complete design cycle of SRAM memory development
• Experience with Silicon debugging and test
• Experience with EDA tools for schematic entry, layout and advanced transistor level simulators.
• Experience in developing Memory Compiler, characterization and modeling
• Experience with LEC tools (ESPCV)
• Ability to review and coordinate layout activities
• Experience in STA tools including transistor level STA tools.
• Ability to come up with design verification and test plans
• Working knowledge of scripting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
